「初音奇萊 探訪消失的駐在所」
能高越嶺道西段總有絡繹不絕的人潮，無論是前往奇萊南華登山新手，或是挑戰能高安東軍的進階登山者，都需要利用這十幾公里的古道。而在中央山脈的另一邊，則流傳著一條名為「初音奇萊橫斷道路」的路線，其中「聯帶山」和「森中」這兩個消失的駐在所，使許多探勘者慕名而來，然而自古道學者楊南郡發表調查報告以後，20年間未曾有人宣稱成功找到，即便麥覺明導演在拍攝MIT台灣誌時，找了當年參與調查的賽德克族嚮導同行，也依然空手而歸。

　　2023年春天，張景淮、林政道、林容緣、蘇昱成功解開這個謎團，還找出同一條路上被遺忘的「奇萊溪」駐在所，並釐清深堀山不明道路的身世。
